In the initial research and discovery phase of the Moniify project for a Hi-Tech News Organization in Dubai, the focus was on addressing client pain points such as unreliable web partners, slow loading speeds, and lack of scalability.

Extensive user research and competitor analysis were conducted, followed by brainstorming sessions and client consultations, to set clear objectives of optimizing for mobile devices, boosting performance and speed, and establishing a strong online presence.

The planning phase involved outlining the project scope, including website architecture development, integrating third-party tools, and optimizing website speed, with the commitment to support and maintain the existing website infrastructure efficiently.

The team tackled slow loading times, reducing page generation from 8 seconds to a remarkable 0.6 seconds by rewriting core functionalities. Additionally, implementing a MailChimp API integration for customized subscription management required careful handling to ensure seamless user experiences and robust data handling.
