The project for OnlyOptionsTrades, a financial trading education platform, presented several unique challenges that were categorized into technical, design, and strategic challenges.

The main technical hurdle was the need to integrate complex subscription models using WooCommerce, which required a multi-step subscription solution (1, 3, 12 months). This integration had to be seamless while ensuring that the performance metrics, such as page load time and mobile responsiveness, were significantly improved.
Additionally, incorporating complex animations to enhance user engagement without compromising speed was a critical challenge, particularly since the initial page speed scores were low (mobile at 35+ and desktop at 55+).
Design Challenges
The outdated design and poor user experience were major pain points for OnlyOptionsTrades. A responsive design was necessary to ensure optimal viewing and interaction across various devices.
The task involved redesigning the user interface to not only be visually appealing but also ensure a smooth navigation experience that aligns with modern web standards.
Strategic Challenges
The strategic objective was to boost e-commerce performance and improve conversion rates amidst a competitive market. This required a careful analysis of the user journey and implementing changes that would lead to better user engagement and higher sales conversions.
