The integration of the Caren.io Rental API into the eCommerce platform was paramount to enhance the booking process. This integration necessitated significant adjustments to accommodate the unique demands of a camper van rental service, including handling multi-currency transactions and ensuring seamless functionality across various devices. Additionally, the development of a comprehensive self-check-in system posed challenges in terms of ensuring secure data handling and providing an intuitive user interface for travelers unfamiliar with digital check-in processes.

The integration of the Caren.io Rental API into the checkout process streamlined the booking of camper vans.

This custom solution provided a seamless user experience, enabling customers to reserve vehicles with ease and efficiency.

Self-Check-in System

with Upselling Opportunities

A self-check-in system was developed to enhance customer convenience. A week before their journey, users can review their order online, add insurances and extras, pay the balance, and sign the final contract.

This system also provides necessary trip information, including key retrieval instructions, enhancing the overall travel experience.

Distributor Network and Conversion Tracking

Agent Portal

A custom system was developed to build a network of distributors (active customers) and track conversions.

This feature allows existing customers to refer new users and earn bonuses, thereby incentivizing customer loyalty and expanding the client base.

3D Models Development

Enhanced Camper Visualization

To provide website visitors with a clear understanding of each rental camper’s features, we developed detailed 3D models and rendered 2D layouts for both day and night configurations.
