Collaboration
In the successful collaboration on the CampEasy project, roles were meticulously assigned to leverage expertise: Web Designers led wireframing and UI revamping, Developers focused on architecture and integrations, while Marketing specialists managed PPC and SEO strategies.
The team composition ensured a blend of designers, developers, and marketers, all communicating seamlessly through tools like Slack and Jira, which enhanced productivity and client satisfaction by ensuring real-time updates and efficient task management.
The use of Figma for design, Git for version control, and comprehensive analytics tools like Semrush and Ahrefs played a pivotal role in addressing the client’s challenges and achieving the project’s goals.
Project Planning
The initial phases of the CampEasy project for a Camper Rental Service in Iceland involved comprehensive user research and competitor analysis using tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to assess market trends and user behavior.
Brainstorming sessions and client consultations via Google Meet and Slack were conducted to understand the client’s pain points, such as outdated design and low traffic, and to strategize on improving user experience and conversion rates.
The planning phase was meticulously documented using Figma for wireframes, Jira for project management, and Git for version control, setting a clear pathway for the project’s ambitious goals, like optimizing the e-commerce experience and boosting online presence.
