Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior WordPress Developer with extensive experience in PHP, JavaScript (React), and Gutenberg.
The ideal candidate will have strong English language skills (at least Upper-Intermediate level) and a proven track record of developing complex WordPress websites.
As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will lead the development process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality web solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (React), HTML, CSS, and Gutenberg.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and theme/plugin development.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of WooCommerce
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and web accessibility standards.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify.
  • Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks, such as Angular or Vue.js.
  • Understanding of PHP frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using PHP, JavaScript (React), and Gutenberg.
  • Lead the design and implementation of new features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
  • Ensure high-performance and availability of all WordPress websites.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs in a timely manner.
  • Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in WordPress development.
  • Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow.

    Job Overview:

    We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Player-Coach) to take ownership of our inbound growth and marketing operations.

    This role is focused on building a predictable lead generation engine, improving funnel performance, and reduce dependency on low-margin / non-strategic projects by improving inbound quality.

    You will work closely with leadership while managing and developing the existing marketing team (SEO, Content Manager, Designer) to drive measurable business impact.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a B2B services or agency environment
    • Strong understanding of service-based business models (lead generation, long sales cycles, deal qualification)
    • Experience working with US and EU markets
    • Proven track record of generating qualified inbound leads and contributing to pipeline growth
    • Experience in a player-coach role: managing a team while remaining hands-on in execution
    • Strong expertise in:
      • SEO & content strategy
      • LinkedIn (organic + paid)
      • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
    • Solid experience with analytics and tracking (GA4, Search Console)
    • Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
    • Experience managing or mentoring a small marketing team
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with founders and sales teams
    • English level: C1 or higher
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a remote environment

    Responsibilities:

    • Own and scale inbound lead generation across SEO, content, LinkedIn, Clutch, and new channels
    • Build and optimize the full marketing funnel (traffic → leads → qualified opportunities)
    • Improve conversion rates across website, landing pages, and key touchpoints
    • Align marketing with sales to improve lead quality and deal conversion
    • Manage and mentor the internal marketing team, monitoring clear priorities and execution
    • Establish structured reporting and performance tracking (pipeline, CPL, conversion rates)
    • Run continuous experiments to identify new growth opportunities
    • Coordinate team involvement in in-person events.
