Client Request: Waylight LLC initially contacted Rochester Marketing Group to address challenges related to a weak online presence and low website traffic.

IT Monks was brought on board as a development partner to handle web development and design services.

Collaboration

In the successful collaboration for the Waylight Care project, key team roles were strategically assigned to leverage expertise in Web Development, UI/UX Design, and SEO, with a diverse team of designers, developers, and SEO specialists.

The communication plan was enhanced by using collaborative tools such as Figma for design, Git for version control, and Slack for real-time communication, which significantly increased productivity and client satisfaction.

Regular updates and meetings were conducted through Google Meet, ensuring seamless coordination and timely project delivery, ultimately addressing the client’s needs for faster loading speeds and stronger online presence.

In the discovery and planning phases of the project “Waylight Care” for a home healthcare client based in Michigan, USA, extensive user research and competitor analysis were conducted to identify key areas for improvement such as slow loading speeds and weak online presence.

ZIP Code Checker

In developing the microsite for a home healthcare service provider, specific custom features were tailored to enhance user engagement and data collection. A notable custom feature is the ZIP code checker integrated into the site.

This tool allows users to input their ZIP code to determine the availability of services in their area. In instances where services are unavailable, a different popup is triggered, inviting users to fill out a contact form for more information.

This strategic feature not only mitigates the loss of potential leads but also provides the company with valuable data to identify growth opportunities and potential areas for service expansion.

These enhancements, coupled with a strong emphasis on speed optimization and responsive design, have significantly bolstered the client’s online presence and performance.
